Day-1

Board any suitable train from Howrah Station for Vizag

Day-2

Reach Vizag and transfer to the hotel. After lunch visit Simhachalam. Overnight stay at Vizag.

Day-3

After breakfast local sightseeing tour to Bhimli and Rishikonda. After lunch visit Kailashgiri & Submarine Museum. Overnight stay at Vizag.

Day-4

Early morning with a packed breakfast start for Araku, on the way visit Bora Cave. Reach Araku at noon and transfer to the hotel, the evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Araku.

Day-5

After early lunch start for Vizag railway station. Reach Vizag railway STN. at evening and Board any suitable train for Hyderabad.

Day-6

Reach Hyderabad Decan railway station in the morning and transfer to the hotel. After lunch visit Birla Mandir and Hussain Sagar. Overnight stay at Hyderabad.

Day-7

After breakfast with a packed lunch visit Ramoji Film City. Evening back to the hotel and free for personal activities, a night stay at Hyderabad.

Day-8

After breakfast visit Golkunda Fort & after lunch visit Charminar, evening is free for personal activities. Night stay at Hyderabad.

After lunch check out hotel and transfer Hyderabad railway station, board any suitable train for Kolkata.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled tour date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Cancellation Process:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@universaltoursandtravels.co.in.
Please include your booking reference number, tour name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
Cancellation requests will be considered effective from the date they are received by our team during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).

3. Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule your tour, please inform us at least 72 hours before the original tour date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new date has a different pricing structure.

4. No-shows:

If you fail to show up for the tour without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Tour Changes by Us:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, or equipment malfunction), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative tour date.

6. Group Bookings:
