Day-1

Reporting Kolkata Station within 10:00 A.M. in front of Enquiry, Depart Kolkata by 13151 Jammu Tawai Exp at 11.45 A.M.

Day-2

Full day & night journey by train.

Day-3

Arrive Jammu Tawi in the Morning and start the journey for Srinagar. After arrival, Srinagar transferred to Hotel. Over night stay in hotel at Srinagar.

Day-4

After Early breakfast proceed for Kargil Via Sonmarg, Zojilla Pass & Drass (lunch on the way). Arrive hotel at Kargil & free for personal activities. Overnight stay in Hotel at Kargil.

Day-5

After Early breakfast proceed to Lehvia Mamki – La, Hemiskat, Fatu-La, Lamaru-Saspole-Nimo. (lunch on the way) Arrive hotel at Leh & free for personal activities. Overnight stay in Hotel at Leh.

Day-6

After Early breakfast proceeds to Local Sight Seeing Hemis Gumfa, Stok Palace, and Shey Place. After Lunch free for personal activities. Overnight stay in Hotel at Leh.

Day-7

After Early breakfast proceed for Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass (18380 ft.)The highest motorable road in the world. (lunch on the way). Arrive hotel at Nubra we will go to sand dunes to enjoy the bacteria camel ride (own cost) and photo shoot at Diskit. Over night stay in Hotel at Nubra.

Day-8

After breakfast, we visit Turtuk Village. The landscape, culture, language, clothing, and even the physical features of people change quite drastically crossing over into Turtuk, technically entering the Baltistan region. In 1971 war Indian Army captured this village and it is the last village in Ladakh near LOC. In the evening return back to Nubra.

Day-9

After Early breakfast proceed for Pangon Lake (One of the highest altitude saline water lake.) After lunch you can also recreate some of the moments from your favorite Bollywood movies like 3-idiots and Jab Tak Hai Jaan and enjoy the place in Bollywood style. Overnight stay at a Campsite near Pangong Lake.

Day-10

After Early breakfast proceed for Leh through Shey Thiskey. Arrive hotel at Leh & free for personal activities. Over night stay in Hotel at Leh.

Day-11

Early Morning proceed for Kelong via Jispa. Through Nakeela and Lachngla Pass. Arrive hotel at Kelong & free for personal activities. Overnight stay in Hotel at Kelong.

Day-12

Early Morning proceed to Manali Via Rohtang Pass (Breakfast & lunch on the way). Arrive hotel in Manali & free for personal activities. Overnight stay in Hotel at Manali.

Day-13

After Early breakfast Proceed for Kalka for Howrah en route lunch & Dinner, night boarding train from Chandigarh/Kalka. By 12312 Netaji Exp.

Day-14

Full day & night journey by train.

Arrive at Howrah at 08:05 hrs. Tour ends with Sweet Dream.

❌ Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule a tour booking. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below to ensure a smooth process:

1. Cancellation Policy:

90 Days before 15% of Total Tour price will be deducted.
60 Days before 30% of Total Tour Price will be deducted.
30 Days before 50% of Total Tour Price will be deducted.
15 days before 75% of Total tour price will be deducted.
No refund is allows if cancellation is made within 14 Days.

2. Cancellation Process:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@universaltoursandtravels.co.in.

Please include your booking reference number, tour name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
Cancellation requests will be considered effective from the date they are received by our team during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).

3. Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule your tour, please inform us at least 45 days before the original tour date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new date has a different pricing structure.

4. No-shows:

If you fail to show up for the tour without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Tour Changes by Us:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, or equipment malfunction), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative tour date.

6. Force Majeure:

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure situations.
