KASHMIR TOUR ITINERARY (14 Days)

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule a tour booking. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below to ensure a smooth process:

1. Cancellation Policy:

•  90 Days before 15% of Total Tour price will be deducted.
•  60 Days before 30% of Total Tour Price will be deducted.
•  30 Days before 50% of Total Tour Price will be deducted.
•  15 days before 75% of Total tour price will be deducted.
•  No refund is allows if cancellation is made within 14 Days.

2. Cancellation Process:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@universaltoursandtravels.co.in.

1. Please include your booking reference number, tour name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
2. Cancellation requests will be considered effective from the date they are received by our team during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).

3. Rescheduling:

• If you wish to reschedule your tour, please inform us at least 45 days before the original tour date.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new date has a different pricing structure.

4. No-shows:

• If you fail to show up for the tour without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Tour Changes by Us:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, or equipment malfunction), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative tour date.

6. Force Majeure:

• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure situations.

Please note that the terms mentioned above are subject to change without prior notice. It is recommended to review the cancellation policy at the time of booking. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected situations that may lead to cancellations.
