Day-1

Departure from Howrah Jn. by Mithila Exp. At 3.45 pm reporting to Howrah Station at 2.15 Pm in front of Big Clock.

Arrival Raxyal at 9.00 am Transfer to hotel at Birganj for refreshment (two families in one room) sharing basis only for two hours. After lunch transfer to Chitwan. Check in at hotel in Sauraha, Chitwan. At night we will see “Tharu Dance” in hall.

Departure from hotel at 5.30 am by Jeep/Elephant visit for Jangle Safari and back to hotel at 8.30 am (approx).Departure from hotel at 10.00 am Arrival Kathmandu at 5.00 pm (Approx). Check in at hotel.

After breakfast visit the Holy Temple of Pashupatinath, Sayambhunath, Bura Neelkantha, King Place, Boudhnath. Back to Hotel- have lunch-evening free for shopping. Enjoy Casino at night (own cost).

Departure from Hotel at 8.00 am for visit Bhaktapur, Dhulikhal and Nagarkot (Sunset Point) the place from where the highest peak “Everest” is seen. Back to the hotel, evening free

At 7a.m drive to Pokhara- on the way visit Manokamana Temple (by Rope-way). Picnic lunch will be served – on arrival at Pokhara check in at hotel.

Departure from Hotel at 4.30 am visit for Sunrise Point in. Sarangkot (own cost) back hotel at 7.00 am At 8.30 am after breakfast we will go out for Bindubasini Mandir, Mahendra Kept, Museum, Devid Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave. back to hotel – after lunch enjoy boating in Fewalake – evening free

Departure from Pokhara at 9.00 am arrival Birgunj at 7.00 pm (Approx) check in at hotel

❌ Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule a tour booking. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below to ensure a smooth process:

1. Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled tour date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Cancellation Process:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@universaltoursandtravels.co.in.
  • Please include your booking reference number, tour name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered effective from the date they are received by our team during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).

3. Rescheduling:

  • If you wish to reschedule your tour, please inform us at least 72 hours before the original tour date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new date has a different pricing structure.

4. No-shows:

  • If you fail to show up for the tour without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Tour Changes by Us:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, or equipment malfunction), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative tour date.

6. Group Bookings:

  • For group bookings (10 or more participants), different cancellation and refund policies may apply. Please contact our group booking department for more information.

7. Force Majeure:

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure situations.

1. Item to be carried by the passenger, Aadhar Card or PAN Card/ Double Vaccine Certificate, Personal Medicines, Sunglass, Cap & Lite Woolen Garments etc.
2. Any Entry Fees, Guide Fees and the journey out of the Bus Routes Cost extra which passengers should have to bare.
3. Under any circumstances the Railway Berth and Bus seats will not be provided as per Tourist choice. All Bus seats are rotation basis.
4. Due to Unavoidable Circumstances the hotel, Transportation and tour Itinerary might be changed.
5. During Travel by train, all food will not be supplied by the tour organizer.
