Day-1

Board Uttar banga Exp. (13147) or any Suitable Train from Sealdah Station for New Jalpaiguri.

Reach New Jalpaiguri in the morning. After breakfast proceed to Icchey Gaon by car. Reach Icchey Gaon and night stay.

After breakfast start for Sellery Gaon, on the way visit Ramdhula View Point, Delo Park, and Hanuman Temple. Reach Sellery Gaon Homestay, after lunch Rameiteye view point by walk. Night stay at Sellery Gaon.

After breakfast start for Limtham, on the way visit Rangali for Permit, reach Limtham and transfer to Hotel and night stay.

After breakfast start for Zuluk, reach Zuluk and visit Zigzic Road, Thamvi view Point, Nathag Valley, Old Baba Mandir, Kupup Elephant Lake. Night stay at Zuluk.

After breakfast start for Ariter, on the way visit Kuakhola falls, lampokhri Lake and Mankhim view Point, Night stay at Hotel.

After lunch transfer to NJP. And board Uttar banga Exp (13148) or any Suitable Train for Kolkata at the evening

❌ Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule a tour booking. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below to ensure a smooth process:

1. Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled tour date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Cancellation Process:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@universaltoursandtravels.co.in.
  • Please include your booking reference number, tour name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered effective from the date they are received by our team during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).

3. Rescheduling:

  • If you wish to reschedule your tour, please inform us at least 72 hours before the original tour date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new date has a different pricing structure.

4. No-shows:

  • If you fail to show up for the tour without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Tour Changes by Us:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, or equipment malfunction), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative tour date.

6. Group Bookings:

  • For group bookings (10 or more participants), different cancellation and refund policies may apply. Please contact our group booking department for more information.

7. Force Majeure:

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure situations.
